Yellow cassava/topioca is perfect for making cake!
I love the natural golden yellow colour and taste.
Only with an easy recipe it turned out to be great and absolutely to die for.

Makes a 6" round cake tin
550g tapioca, shredded
150ml thick coconut milk
150g castor sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp tapioca flour
- Combine shredded tapioca, sugar, coconut milk and tapioca flour together and mix well.
- Pour batter into tin (brush tin with cooking oil).
- Steam over high heat for 25 minutes.
