Udang Masak Merah & Nasi Jagung (香辣番茄虾 & 玉米饭) (Red Cooked Prawns & Corn Rice)

这真的是一道很好吃的海鲜料理。虾非常入味,酱汁一流,好吃到我和老公都吮手指。迫不及待,想跟你们一起分享。这食谱来自第七十二期 Y3K 美厨食谱,是 Sonia a.k.a Nasi Lemak Lover 精心作品之一。这杂志中还有很多美味的料理,绝对是一本值得收藏的饮食杂志. 这完全出于真心推荐,可没收任何广告费哦 !:)
这好吃的香辣番茄虾,搭配Joceline家介绍的玉米饭,用两个字形容“绝配”。

This is a 2X delicious and finger licking good Udang Masak Merah/Red cooked Prawns which I cannot wait to share with my dear blogger friends. This recipe is from Y3K recipes issue 72 by Sonia a.k.a Nasi Lemak Lover. Please grab one quickly or else you will regret because there are lots of great recipes inside. After finished this seafood dish, I am going to Island for my holiday very soon, see you all !
Nasi Jagung (玉米饭)
(Recipe adapted from Butter, Flour & Me 中文版)

Ingredients:

2 cups rice (recommended : Basmati rice)
3 cups water
1 cup evaporated filled milk (F&N)
5 cloves garlics, 8 shallots, 1cm turmeric (blended together)
1tbsp Ghee
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 onion (sliced)
2 cups fresh corn

Method:
1. Wash and drain rice. 
2. Place all the ingredients to rice cooker.
3. Turn on rice cooker and let cook until it automatically turn off.
4. Let it sit uncovered for 3 minutes and stir before serve.
Enjoy!!!

  13. Wow, yum! This 香辣番茄虾 sounds and look super delicious. I usually make a ketchup shrimp dish because the kids can't eat spicy stuff, but I personally love spicy food so this is right up my alley! The corn rice is looking pretty too. :) What a delicious meal.
