Chicken with Mushrooms & Potatoes (香菇马铃薯焖鸡）

2 chicken drumstick and 2 chicken wings
6 fresh mushroom
2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp shaoxing wine
1/2tsp chicken stock
salt and white pepper to taste
- In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon oil over the medium heat.
- Add in chopped garlic and saute until fragrant, add in chicken stir-fry for one minute.
- Add in soy sauce, shaoxing wine and chicken stock, cook for 30 seconds
- Pour all chicken in a pot, add in potatoes, mushroom and water.
- Cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
- Season with salt and white pepper.
- Serve hot with steam rice.
